Year 8 Science

During the last weeks of Term 2, Year 8 were exploring the cosmos in Science through the unit ‘Earth and Space’. Many excelled throughout the unit learning about the makeup of our solar system, the life cycle of stars, solar and lunar eclipses and how earth’s seasons are dependent upon the tilt of the earth in relation to our sun. At the end of this unit students made models of solar systems.
